Order more, pay less per piece.
1 box = 100 pieces. Each box prints one design — order different names as separate boxes.
How we print.
Everything worth knowing,
before you order a box.
Name card printing in Singapore comes down to three decisions: the stock the card is printed on, the finishings on top, and how many boxes you need. The calculator owns the totals — this guide explains the choices.
Sides and colour don’t change the rate.
With Singapore namecard printing, the per-box rate doesn’t change with how many faces you use or whether the design is full-colour or black-and-white. Print both sides if the design needs it; print B/W if that’s the brand. Same rate either way.
One design per box, 100 cards a box. Different names — his + hers, or a few staff? Order each name as its own box. The volume discount applies to boxes of the same design, so mixed names are each priced on their own.
Seven stocks, standard to heavyweight.
250GSM Art Card is the most-ordered standard; 300GSM Art Card is heavier and firmer in the hand. Above that sit the premium stocks — 350GSM Grandeur White and 350GSM Shiruku Ivory read the most substantial, with Maple and Tangerine in between.
Heavier stock feels more premium the moment it’s handed over — worth it for cards that need to land. Pick on feel; every stock prints the same crisp digital colour.
Finishings stack — pick any combination.
For namecard printing in Singapore, the finishing toggles combine freely: matt or gloss lamination, rounded corners (3–10mm), hotstamp in gold / rose gold / silver, and spot UV — with one rule, Spot UV needs a Matt lamination base. Stack them: matt lam + gold hotstamp + rounded corners is a classic premium card.
Matt lamination has a flat, low-sheen look; gloss lamination is glossy and makes colours pop. Hotstamp and spot UV add a catch-the-light accent wherever your artwork marks them.
Artwork — vector, CMYK, with bleed.
For name card printing in Singapore, send print-ready artwork as a vector file (Adobe Illustrator .AI or PDF) at the card size with 2mm bleed and text inside the safe zone, in CMYK colour.
Using hotstamp or spot UV? Put those elements on their own layer so we know exactly where the foil or UV lands. We file-check every order and flag anything that won’t print clean before we run plates.
