General Allergy Name Labels

Our allergy name labels are waterproof, microwave safe, and dishwasher resistant. The allergy name labels have been applied with an additional coating to last well. It will be able to be pasted on most smooth surfaces and perfect for labelling your containers, lunch boxes, drink bottles and pretty much anything else.

If you are not able to find a suitable allergy name label, we will custom made an allergy name label for you.
Indicate the type of allergy and we will send an artwork with an icon that matches the type of allergy you have.

Each sheet contains 24 allergy name labels:

• 52mm x 22mm
• Pack contains 48 labels (2 sheets)

• Key in the individual’s name in “Name” column. Each sheet is for one individual’s name.
• You will receive an artwork proof before we process for production.
• To order for multiple individuals, you will have to add each individual to the cart first.
