A custom crystal trophy is how a lot of Singapore companies, clubs and schools say "this mattered". Here's what each shape costs, how ours are made, how to get your logo looking sharp, and how to plan for the ceremony.

Eight shapes, one flat price each.

Prices run from S$30 to S$150, cheapest first: Shield, Oval and Diamond at S$30; Classic Plaque at S$40, S$50 or S$60 for Small, Medium or Large; Blade at S$50; Star Sail at S$60; Wooden Ring — a round glass in a wooden stand — at S$100; and Glass Wing at S$150.

Classic Plaque is the only shape with sizes; every other shape is one size. And the price is per piece, flat — one trophy or thirty, each costs the same.

What you see is what we print.

Every trophy is UV printed in full colour on one face of the crystal. Your title, name, year, extra lines and logo are laid out on a live preview that is built from the same layout we print from — so the font, the colour and the position you pick are the ones that come out.

There is no AI step on this product. Nothing gets stylised, redrawn or "improved". The dashed line follows the printable glass of each shape, and your text is kept inside it — no words running onto the bevel, the wing or the stand.

Getting your logo right.

The best file is a transparent PNG or an SVG straight from whoever designed your logo. A JPG works too, but screenshots and images saved from a website are usually too small — the preview flags a logo that won't print sharply at the size you've set.

If your logo sits on a white background, one click removes it. Only the white connected to the edge of the image goes, so white lettering inside a badge or shield stays exactly as it is. Always give the preview a look afterwards.

Plan back from the ceremony.

Production takes 5 working days, counted from the working day after you order. After that it's next-day courier anywhere in Singapore — crystal is too fragile for economy post — or collect free at Paya Lebar Square the moment it's ready.

Dinner and dance on a Friday? Count back the production time, add a day for delivery, and give yourself a little slack for last-minute name changes. Each winner is their own design in the cart — design one, change the name, add the next. If it's tight, WhatsApp us before ordering and we'll tell you straight what's possible.

Which shapes are there, and how much are they?
Eight shapes, cheapest first: Shield (CY572) — S$30; Oval (CY574) — S$30; Diamond (CY570) — S$30; Classic Plaque (CY1420) — S$40 / S$50 / S$60 (Small, Medium or Large); Blade (CY1312) — S$50; Star Sail (CY1323) — S$60; Wooden Ring (IWT 022) — S$100 (round glass in a wooden stand); Glass Wing (ICP846) — S$150. Classic Plaque is the only shape with sizes; every other shape comes in one size.
Is it cheaper if I order more?
No — it's one flat price per piece. Order one trophy or thirty and each costs the same, so you can mix shapes and names freely without working out price breaks.
How does it work?
Pick a crystal shape (and a size, for Classic Plaque), then edit the pre-filled title, name and year. Add up to 5 more lines of text in any font and colour, and upload your logo. Everything can be moved and resized on the live preview. When it looks right, add it to cart — we UV print exactly that design in full colour on one face of the crystal.
Is the preview what actually gets printed?
Yes. There is no AI and no restyling on this product — the live preview is built from the same layout we print from. Text, fonts, colours, logo size and position all come out as you see them. The dashed line follows the printable glass of the shape you picked; the text stays inside it, and anything outside it isn't printed. If a line would run past the edge, the preview tells you.
How long does it take?
Production takes 5 working days, starting the working day after your order (orders after 1pm, or on weekends and public holidays, count as the next working day). Then choose next-day courier — crystal is too fragile for economy post — or collect free at Paya Lebar Square as soon as it's ready. For a fixed event date, order with a few days to spare — WhatsApp us first if it's tight and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Can each trophy have a different name?
Yes. Design the first trophy and add it to cart, then change the name (and anything else) and add the next one. Each design is its own line in the cart, and you can use a different shape for each — champion, runner-up, third.
What is the Wooden Ring?
A round crystal set in a curved wooden stand. We print your design on the round glass; the wooden stand isn't printed.
What logo file should I upload?
A transparent PNG or an SVG gives the cleanest result. JPG and WEBP work too. Use the largest, sharpest version you have — if the file is too small to print sharply at the size you've set, the preview warns you. Files up to 15 MB are accepted.
Can I send in my own design?
Yes. Under "Pick a design", choose "Upload your own" and upload your artwork (PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG, up to 15 MB). It fills the whole glass of the shape you picked — drag it to reposition and use the zoom to adjust. Anything outside the glass outline isn't printed. Only want your artwork? Clear the text boxes. Use the largest, sharpest file you have; the preview warns you if it's too small to print sharply.
My logo has a white background — will that print as a white box?
Not if you don't want it to. When we detect a white background we offer a one-click "Remove background": the white around your logo is removed instantly, while white parts inside the logo (like white lettering on a coloured badge) are kept. Check the preview afterwards — or upload a transparent PNG to skip the step.
Can I change the fonts and colours?
Yes. Each extra line you add has its own font and colour picker, so you can mix a bold title with a script name. Text is printed in full colour exactly as it looks on the preview.
How do I make sure it's right?
Check your preview carefully before you add it to cart — names, spelling, year, logo and colours. Every trophy is custom-printed, and we print exactly what you see.
How do I look after it?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the printed face.
