Can I use all S$120 at once?

No — vouchers are 4 × S$30, one per order. That spreads your savings across several orders through the year instead of one big hit.

Do vouchers and points expire?

Both run with your 12-month membership. Points also need at least one order a year to stay live. We send a reminder before anything lapses.

Can I stack a voucher, the discount and points?

Per order you pick the better of a voucher or the 5% discount — not both at once. You always earn points either way. Your store credit spends like cash, so your 5%/vouchers work with it; the only thing that can't combine with a discount is your bonus — that's for full-price orders.

Should I pre-load store credit too?

If you print often, yes — top up and we add bonus credit, and Gold members get 25% more. Your store credit spends like cash (with your 5% and vouchers); the bonus is for full-price orders. Every order builds your tier.

Can I gift a membership to someone?

It activates on the account that pays for it, so it stays tied to your login. Want one for a colleague or as a gift? WhatsApp us and we’ll set it up.

What happens when my membership ends?

Renew to keep your pricing, tier and points. Unused vouchers and points lapse at year-end, so it’s worth spending them first — we’ll remind you as it approaches.
