Points and your tier stay live for 12 months from your last order — every order you place resets the clock, so an active member never loses them. Only placing an order keeps your credit and tier alive — topping up adds credit but doesn’t extend either clock.

Can I use all S$120 at once?
Vouchers come as 4 × S$30 and are used one per order, so the value spreads across several orders through the year — you save more often, not just once.
Do the vouchers expire?
They run with your 12-month membership and lapse when it ends. Any voucher you haven’t used by then is gone — we send a reminder near the end of the year so nothing slips through.
Can I buy the membership as a gift for someone else?
A membership activates on the account that signs in and pays for it, so it stays tied to your own login rather than a separate recipient. If you need to set one up for a colleague or as a gift, WhatsApp us and we’ll arrange it.
Do members earn points, and do they expire?
Yes — members earn 1 point per S$1 on every order, which builds your tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Higher tiers unlock priority service and a discount off next-day delivery, and Gold earns a 25% bigger bonus on every wallet top-up. Points stay live for 12 months from your last order; they lapse if your membership ends, or if you go a full year without ordering.
Can I stack vouchers, discounts and points?
Discounts don’t stack — per order you get the better of a voucher or the 5% member discount. (Promo codes are product pricing and apply on their own.) Points are separate, though: you earn them on every order no matter which discount applies, so your tier keeps climbing on top.
What does the 5% member discount apply to?
Every order placed during your membership year. No minimum spend, no excluded categories — the 5% is calculated on the order subtotal before delivery.
