Envelope Printing Singapore
For corporate mail, invoices and invitations — envelope printing in Singapore.
First impressions land before the letter is even opened. A branded envelope tells your recipient this is mail worth slowing down for — invoices, invitations and statements that look like they matter.

How we print.
Everything worth knowing,
before you order envelope printing in Singapore.
The envelope is the first piece of brand someone touches. Size, window placement, and ink choice — three decisions that decide whether your mail reads "received" or "ignored". Here is each one plain.
DL, C5, C6 — picking the right size.
DL is the workhorse. It takes an A4 letter folded in thirds and sits at the standard address-block position on most letterheads — the go-to for statements, branded correspondence, and any slim mailer.
C5 holds an A5 sheet flat or an A4 folded once — the sweet spot for invitations, programme cards, and mid-weight marketing pieces that want room without folding. C6 is the compact size: an A6 card flat, an A5 folded once, or an A4 folded into quarters — ideal for RSVP cards, save-the-dates, and small invitations. Need C4 for unfolded A4, certificates, or presentation packs? That size runs on a custom quote — contact us and we’ll sort it.
Window envelopes — get the address-block alignment right.
A window envelope is only as good as its window-to-address-block alignment. The window sits in a fixed position set by the ready-made spec — DL, C5, and C6 each use the standard industry window placement.
Your job at design time is to lay the address block on your letterhead so it lands inside that window after the letter folds. Line it up against the standard position once and the address shows through cleanly every time. Want a windowed C4? That size is a custom quote — ask us first.
Our standard popular inks — and when to ask about custom.
Envelope printing in our standard line uses one or two ink passes from a set of popular colours: PT1 Royal Blue, PT2 Cyan, PT3 Bronze Red, PT4 Magenta, PT5 Orange 021, PT6 Green, and PT7 Black. Pick one for a 1C print, two for a 2C print. Any combination from these is covered — only the number of colours (1C vs 2C) affects pricing, never which colours you choose.
If your brand colour sits outside these — a specific Pantone, a corporate match, a custom mix, or a metallic — ask us first. Reach out through the Contact page before you order and we’ll quote the mix and the proofing step.
