How we print.
Everything worth knowing,
before you order UV DTF sticker printing in Singapore.
UV DTF is a transfer-sticker workflow that's different from regular die-cut stickers in one specific way: you lay the sheet yourself. Sheet size, layout, artwork, and pricing — four things worth picking deliberately. Here is each one plain.
What UV DTF is — and how it differs from regular stickers.
UV DTF — Direct To Film with UV-cured ink — is a transfer-sticker workflow. We UV print your artwork onto a transfer film; you receive a printed sheet with each design ready to peel off. Press the transfer onto the target surface, lift the carrier away, and the design transfers across.
The format is gang sheet — meaning multiple designs print together on one sheet at whatever sizes and positions you arrange. Unlike our regular die-cut stickers (where you send one design and we lay the sheet for you), UV DTF is customer-laid-out: you build the sheet in Adobe Photoshop and we print exactly what's in the file.
A3 sheet, or A4 sample — when each makes sense.
A3 (297 × 420mm) is the main UV DTF sheet — the right call for any production order. Lay as many designs as you want on the sheet, at whatever sizes, and the tier pricing rewards multi-sheet runs — the per-sheet rate drops as you add sheets, shown live on the calculator.
A4 (210 × 297mm) is offered as a single sample piece — useful when you want to test a layout or proof a colour before committing to a full A3 run. If you need 2 or more A4-size pieces, order A3 instead — we fit 2 A4 designs per A3 sheet, so two A4 designs at A3 pricing is the same cost as two separate A4 samples but unlocks the tier ladder when you go bigger.
A3 pricing — the more sheets, the cheaper each one.
You're paying per A3 sheet, not per design — so fit as many stickers as you can onto each sheet, at any sizes you like. And the more sheets you order, the lower the price drops per sheet, across ten quantity tiers shown live on the calculator. Bulk runs win twice: a cheaper rate per sheet, and more designs packed onto every sheet.
A4 is a single sample piece. For 2 or more A4-size pieces, switch to A3 — we fit 2 A4 designs per A3 sheet at A3 pricing. For orders above 10 A3 sheets, contact us for a custom quote.
Artwork — Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) file only, exact sheet size.
Send the gang sheet as an Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) file at the exact A3 or A4 sheet dimensions you ordered, 300 DPI. Lay your designs inside that frame at whatever sizes and quantities you want; flatten or rasterise your text before saving so the file prints the same on our end as on yours.
We only accept PSD for UV DTF — no AI, PDF, PNG, JPG or SVG. The print workflow expects a .PSD file with your artwork laid out at sheet size. Leave a small visual gap between adjacent designs so the cutter / peel step works cleanly.
