Three decisions shape a cup sleeve order — build, size, and artwork. Here is each one plain.
What the sleeve is made of.
The sleeve is a 310gsm Art Card base with a Water Base Foam layer on the inside face. The card is the printed surface; the foam is the heat-isolating layer between the cup and the customer's grip.
We offset-print full colour on the outside face. The inside face stays blank — that's where the foam sits and where the joining edges meet when the sleeve is slotted together.
Size — 262 × 50mm, one standard.
262 × 50mm is the industry-standard cup sleeve size that wraps most takeaway cups. It's the single size we stock and print at the tier prices on this page.
Artwork — flat layout with bleed and seam clearance.
Set up the artwork as a flat 262 × 50mm rectangle at exact size with 2mm bleed on all four sides, full-colour CMYK. The sleeve is die-cut flat, then slots together when wrapped around the cup, so the right and left edges become the seam — keep critical artwork (logo, brand wordmark) away from the edges so they don't get bisected by the seam.
