Pick "My photo — full colour" and we UV print that exact photo across the whole panel, nothing restyled, with an optional line of text in any colour. Or pick a layout (Frame the Date, Heart Collage, Photo Mosaic) and your photos are UV printed in colour; drag each one to crop.
On the engraved route, your text colour picks the method
Going without a template? Black or white text is laser-engraved into the acrylic; any other colour is UV printed instead. On the full-colour and layout routes the whole panel is UV printed, so every text colour prints — black and white included. The live preview always shows exactly what will be made.

Laser engraving physically etches the acrylic; UV printing lays the colour onto it. Every panel is made to order and slots into the lit frame, ready in 1 working day.
Plug in, swap any time
USB powered — any charger or power bank, no batteries. The panel slots out from the top, and you can order a replacement panel (no new frame) whenever you want a new photo.

On the engraved route, text colour decides the method
One rule, worth knowing before you type — and it applies when you go WITHOUT a template. Black or white text is laser-engraved: physically etched into the acrylic, frosted by day, the brightest thing on the panel when the LED comes on.
Give that text any OTHER colour and we UV print it onto the panel instead. Mix and match per line; the live preview always shows exactly what will be made.
Pick "My photo — full colour" or one of the layouts and the question goes away: the whole panel is UV printed, so every text colour prints, black and white included.
One frame, three ways to fill the panel
Go without a template and the panel is engraved — pick Line Art for clean graphic outlines or Realistic Imagery for tonal, photo-like depth, and flip between them live before you order.
Pick "My photo — full colour" and we UV print the photo you upload across the whole panel exactly as it is: no layout, no restyling, nothing regenerated. Add one line of text in any colour if you want one, or leave it off entirely.
The layouts are UV printed too: Frame the Date pairs four photos with your date, Heart Collage arranges twelve photos into a heart, Photo Mosaic runs eight in a grid. Drag each photo inside its slot to crop — what you frame is what prints.
Pick the photo like an engraver
For engraved panels: a clear subject, decent lighting, and a background that is not fighting for attention. Faces large in the frame engrave beautifully; very dark shots and crowded group photos with tiny faces come out muddy.
For colour templates the bar is lower — the UV print holds whatever the photo has. If a shot matters to you, give it its own slot rather than burying it in a corner.
The panel slots out — that is the whole point
The acrylic slides out from the top of the frame, and replacement panels are orderable on their own — no new frame, no new cable. One frame can carry years of photos.
Power is plain USB (any charger or power bank, no batteries).
