A line art frame comes down to three decisions — how your photo converts into a single engraved line, which frame you pick, and whether you add engraved text alongside it. Get those right and it reads as a keepsake, not another print on the wall.
Your photo becomes one continuous engraved line.
Rather than printing your photo, we convert it into a single-line outline and laser-engrave that line into a wood insert. What comes out is a clean, monochrome piece — grain and texture standing in for ink.
The photos that convert best are clear and well-lit, with the subject standing out from the background — a portrait, a couple, a pet close-up. Busy backgrounds or low-contrast shots tend to engrave messier; a sharp, simply-composed photo comes out cleanest.
Choose the frame for the wall, not the photo.
Black is the safe pick — it recedes against most paint colours and lets the engraved wood take the attention. White works in bright, minimalist rooms. Wood keeps the whole piece in one warm material family, frame and insert both.
Metallic Gold is the one for a darker wall or a more dressed-up gift. Black, White and Wood share the base price; Gold is the premium option and isn't offered in every size — the configurator only shows what's actually available for the size you pick.
The engraved text is there if you want it.
Alongside the line art, you can add one short line of your own — a name, a date, a message. It engraves in the same finish as the artwork, so the whole piece reads as one object rather than a photo plus a sticker.
Or leave it out entirely. There's no requirement either way, and the live preview shows exactly how it sits before you commit to an order.
