Door Hanger Printing Singapore
For hotels, condos and promotional drops — door hanger printing in Singapore.
Hung on the handle at eye level, a door hanger has to be picked up before it can be put down — which is exactly why hotels, condos and neighbourhood drops still order them by the thousand.
Order more, pay less per piece.

Everything worth knowing,
before you order door hanger printing in Singapore.
Door hangers get one shot at attention — the hand that picks them up. Here is what actually matters when you pick the paper, the finish, and the run size.
Why door hangers still land when emails don't.
A door hanger is unskippable in a way a flyer isn't. A flyer joins a stack, gets swept off the bench, vanishes. A hanger is hooked onto the handle — to open the door you have to deal with it, even if dealing with it just means sliding it off. That moment of unavoidable contact is the whole value, and it is why property agents and F&B chains keep ordering them in the thousands despite an all-digital marketing stack.
What this means for your design: you have one glance, both sides. The front carries a single claim or offer big enough to read at arm’s length. The back is where the detail lives — menu, promo code, agent contact. Both sides print 4C here, so use the back properly. A blank reverse is wasted attention.
260gsm vs 310gsm — when the extra weight earns its price.
Both weights are proper art card — neither flops in the hand. 260gsm is the default: sturdy, prints colour well, and lands at the lowest per-piece cost. For most F&B and property-launch jobs it is the right call. 310gsm is about 20% heavier and you feel the difference — the hanger registers in the hand before anyone even reads it.
The price gap is smaller than you would expect. At 5000 pieces, 310gsm + Matt Lam is only about 8% more per piece than 260gsm + Matt Lam. Pick 310gsm when the hanger IS the brand impression — luxury guest packs, premium launches, anywhere "feels cheap" would undo the job.
Matt lamination + spot UV — what they actually do.
Matt lamination is a thin matte film bonded over the print after it comes off the press. It kills glare, deepens the colours, and adds a protective layer over the ink — worth it the moment a hanger has to survive being bagged, carried and handled on the way to the door.
Spot UV sits on top of the matt as a localised glossy layer — the classic matt-background, gloss-logo trick. Single Sided treats one face (usually the front); Double Sided does both. Spot UV ships on 260gsm + Matt Lam only — that is the stock our plates are set up for; the gloss does not sit cleanly on bare card or heavier 310gsm without extra setup we do not currently run.
7 working days, and what that covers.
7 working days from when your file clears our check to ready-for-collection. Inside that: day 1 — file check; day 2 — plate setup; days 3–5 — offset run on both faces; day 6 — lamination and/or spot UV; day 7 — die-cut the knob hole on our standard hanger shape, bundle, quality check. Runs above 3000 pieces can add a day for the cut stage; we flag that when you quote, not on the collection call.
Those prices are for the standard shape. Want a custom-cut outline — a bottle, a tag, a logo silhouette? We cut a new die for it, which adds setup cost and goes through a custom quote — just ask. Files we prefer: Adobe Illustrator (.AI), CMYK, 300dpi, 2mm bleed, fonts outlined. For spot UV, put the UV area on its own layer in the .AI file and name it "UV" — we take it from there.
