A sticker is a tiny piece of branding cut from a printed sheet. Material, sheet economics, volume pricing, and how the artwork is set up — four decisions that decide what sticker printing in Singapore actually delivers to your door. Here is each one, plain.
The seven materials.
Two of the seven finishes are waterproof: Gloss (glossy surface) and Matt (matt surface). Transparent is a clear-base finish — the ink prints onto a transparent stock so the artwork sits without a white background, useful when the surface beneath the sticker should show through.
The four Metallic finishes — Rainbow Sands, Holographic, Stripes, and Gold — give the sticker a metallic visual effect. Pick by the look you want; all seven finishes price the same per sheet at every tier.
How the sheet works — one design, one size, one sheet.
Every order prints on a 320 × 450mm sheet, one design per sheet, no mixing. You send a single sticker design at the exact size you want (width and height in mm), and we lay it out as many times as it fits — a 10mm margin around the sheet edge, a 2mm gap between stickers, rotated automatically when that fits more — die-cut to your shape, and ship the sheet.
The number of stickers per sheet depends on your sticker dimensions — a small 30 × 30mm sticker fits 117 per sheet; a 50 × 50mm fits 40; an A6 fits 8; a large 200 × 200mm fits 2. Enter width × height on the configurator and the live calculator shows the exact yield plus the total at your chosen sheet quantity.
Per-sheet pricing — flat across materials.
Every material costs the same per sheet — pick on look, not price. The per-sheet rate drops at higher quantities, shown live on the calculator across the full 1-to-50-sheet range, so any integer qty gives an exact total.
Tier pricing covers CMYK only. If your design needs white ink — typically as an opaque underbase on Transparent so the artwork reads solid against whatever surface the sticker sits on, or as a printed white element on a Metallic finish — that runs as a separate quote. Artwork — vector file, exact size, cut line for custom shapes.
Submit the sticker as a vector file (Adobe Illustrator .AI or SVG) at the exact size of one sticker. No bleed needed — just the design itself at finished dimensions, CMYK colour.
For custom shapes (round, irregular, custom outline, anything that is not a plain square or rectangle), include the die-cut line as a vector path in the same file. For square or rectangle stickers, no cut line needed — we cut to the width × height you enter at the configurator. Do not include a white-ink layer in the artwork at tier prices; tier pricing covers CMYK only. White ink is a separate quote.
