Set artwork at 85 × 54mm with 2mm bleed all round at 300 DPI, and send it as a PDF, AI or JPG. Keep important text clear of the trim edge.
Send it in CMYK — we print the file as supplied and don't convert from RGB, which always prints darker than it looks on screen. We check every file before printing and flag anything that won't come out clean before it goes to the press.
