A figurine photo frame is really two parts working together — a clear acrylic insert that carries the UV-printed photo, and the figurine holder it sits inside. The print quality of the acrylic, the figurine you pick, and where you put it in the home are the three things that decide whether it stays on the shelf or goes in a drawer.
The photo lives on a UV-printed acrylic insert, not on the figurine itself.
The figurine is a moulded holder. The photo isn't printed onto it — it's UV-printed onto a separate clear acrylic insert that slots into the figurine. That gives you a sharp, flat surface for the photo (no wrapping around curves) plus a 3D figurine shape framing it.
The photo UV-prints directly onto the acrylic and reads sharp from arm's length. Upload a portrait that's reasonably sharp — phone photos work if the face is in focus. Anything that's compressed or soft to begin with will show up as soft on the acrylic too; we flag it before production if so.

Under the figurine sits a warm-white light ring that glows up through the base. It's the same kind of warm cast you get from a living-room lamp — soft on the face, no clinical edge, no green tint on the print. In a dark room the figurine reads clearly; on a desk in daylight, the light blends in.
The ring sits recessed in the base so you don't see the diodes individually — just a soft halo coming up through the underside. Doubles as a quiet nightlight if you keep it on a bedside table.
